Is Cubensis Liquid Culture Legal?

It has been demonstrated through studies that the mycelium in cubensis liquid culture contains psilocybin, the psychoactive substance that gives magic mushrooms their psychedelic effects.

U.S. federal legislation classifies psilocybin as a Schedule I controlled substance, meaning that it has no recognized medicinal value at this time and a significant potential for abuse. This designation outlaws the sale, possession, and growing of magic mushrooms anywhere in the United States.
