Thai Pink Buffalo

Originally collected and printed by mycologist Milo Zverino, in Ban Saket, Thailand. This Cubensis variety gets its name from the Bubalis Bubalis buffalo, 1 in 10 of which, are pink. The collected specimens were found growing on manure in a paddy field where the water buffalo often graze.

Origin: Thailand

Habitat: Equine dung and Enriched soils

Colonization: Thai Pink Buffalo is known by researchers for being an aggressive colonizer, producing an abundance of medium-sized fruits. Its caps range from dark to light brown and its stems are generally long and uniform.
