How quickly do you ship out orders and what shipping method do you use?

All spore syringe orders are normally processed and shipped M-F within 24-48 hours of placing and paying for your order unless otherwise specified. We ship all packages USPS Ground Advantage. Most package arrive in 2-5 business days. We cannot ship to the states of California, Georgia, or Idaho at this time.

Tracking is automatically sent to the email address provided when you place your order. Please be aware that some email service providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Proton Mail, AOL, etc. have a tendency to push automated emails to spam, junk, or reject them all together. If Gmail is your provider, you may want to check your “promotions” folder,

If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us prior to placing your order for a quote. Tracking and collecting your package upon delivery is the customers responsibility. 

Your order will arrive from “PNWSC” in a discreet 8x6x2 corrugated box. Within your order, each spore syringe is individually packaged and sealed.

Microscopy supplies normally ship in 5-7 business days. Priority Mail shipping is NOT available for microscopes, books, and accessories. If you place an order which includes spore and/or gourmet liquid culture syringes, those items will ship separately and within our standard 24-48 hour window.
