Description

Argentinian, also known as “cubensis Argentinian”, originated from the rainforest mountains of Argentina. This strain was found in 1958 in the northwest corner of the country, in Tafi del Valle. It is believed to be a natural hybrid descendant of Psilocybe collybioides, and is a psilocybin producing species from the section Zapotecorum. Cubensis Argentinian thrives in the mild and warm climate of this region. When found in the wild, this mushroom is an avid and dense fruiter, with smaller, numerous fruit bodies, and is quite resistant to other fungal competitors in the fungal kingdom.
