Blue Oyster mushrooms can be founds growing naturally on live or decaying hardwoods in North America. Blue Oyster contains 7 phenolic compounds including gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, and naringenin which all act as antioxidants. I’m very happy with all of the oysters from PNW. I’ve ordered from them a lot. I use culture to grain, and then bucket tek with straw sterilized with hydrated lime. I’m very happy with PNW. I have their stickers all over.
