The Blue Oyster, or Pleurotus Columbinus, is a very popular variety for experienced and new cultivators. There are nearly 40 types of Oyster mushrooms naturally found widespread in temperate and subtropical forests around the world. Blue Oyster mushrooms can be founds growing naturally on live or decaying hardwoods in North America. Blue Oyster contains 7 phenolic compounds including gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, and naringenin which all act as antioxidants. Pearl Oyster is also rich in amino acids, fiber, vitamins, and minerals assisting in heart health, blood sugar regulation, immune support, inflammation relief, anti-cancer properties, and gut health support. Great spores! Came crazy fast and when they say generously filled they mean GENEROUSLY filled. At least an extra 2 ccs. Couldn't recommend enough, I'll 100% be back!
