Lion’s Mane, or Hericium erinaceus, is a beautiful species of neurotrophic mushroom used in culinary recipes and for its potential health benefits. All liquid culture handling & packaging takes place in cleanroom laboratories in front of laminar flow hoods, using surgical steel tools. We use HEPA air filtration to maintain a positively pressurized cleanroom environment.
