All spore syringe production takes place in our clean-room laboratories in front of laminar flow hoods, using laboratory-grade borosilicate glassware, surgical steel tools, and medical-grade syringes and tip caps. Our equipment, tools, and work surfaces are kept clean using both UVC and autoclave sterilization.
Alacabenzi is the cross of Alabama cubensis and Mexican Cabenzi cubensis, and Avery’s Albino is an isolated leucistic mutation of A+.
This hybrid is a cultivated variety and does not occur naturally in the wild.
This rare hybrid variety shows extremely aggressive colonization and growth patterns. Alacabenzi x Avery’s Albino is highly resistant to common contaminants and produces large fruits with dense cream-colored stems that bruise a vivid blue. Its caps vary in color from light brown to ghostly white with gray gills and purple spore deposits.
